Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 25, 2026  |  SOONEET LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the sooneet.com website and all communications, services, and SMS messaging provided by SOONEET LLC, operating as SOONEET Facility Services ("SOONEET," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our website, submitting a form, booking a meeting, or opting in to our SMS messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or communications services.

2. SMS Messaging Program — Description and Use Cases

SOONEET LLC operates an SMS messaging program that allows business contacts to receive text messages from us related to our facility services operations. The program is used for the following business purposes:

  • Transactional messaging — appointment confirmations, meeting reminders, service dispatch notifications, technician arrival alerts, work order updates, and proposal follow-ups
  • Operational messaging — service status updates, scheduling changes, compliance documentation reminders, and emergency response coordination for active client portfolios
  • Marketing messaging (with separate opt-in) — occasional promotional messages about SOONEET services, including new service offerings, special offers, and portfolio audit invitations, sent only to contacts who have explicitly opted in to marketing communications

The SMS program is not used for political messaging, sweepstakes, gambling, high-risk financial services, or any prohibited use cases under A2P 10DLC rules.

3. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from SOONEET LLC through any of the following methods:

  • Submitting our website opt-in form at our consent form and checking one or both consent boxes
  • Booking a meeting through our online calendar and providing your phone number
  • Providing explicit verbal consent during a meeting, site visit, or phone conversation

Opt-in is always optional and is never a condition of receiving our services. Phone number entry alone is not consent — you must affirmatively select a consent option. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. How to Opt Out — Text STOP

You may opt out of SOONEET LLC SMS messages at any time, free of charge, by:

Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT — all of these keywords will opt you out.

After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number unless you opt in again.

You may also opt out by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "STOP SMS" or by calling us at (201) 885-6469.

5. Support Contact Information — Text HELP

For help or questions about our SMS messaging program at any time, you may:

Reply HELP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive an automated reply with our support contact information and instructions for opting out.

6. Message Frequency and Message & Data Rates

Message frequency is up to 10 messages per month per recipient. Total program volume across all opted-in contacts is fewer than 30 messages per day. Most recipients receive significantly fewer messages, based on the nature of their business relationship with SOONEET LLC.

Message and data rates may apply. SOONEET LLC does not charge a fee for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge for messages sent or received depending on your mobile plan. Standard message and data rates from your wireless provider apply to all SMS communications you receive from us.

If you have questions about your mobile plan's messaging or data charges, please contact your wireless carrier directly. SOONEET LLC is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.

7. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SOONEET LLC uses third-party SMS service providers and the wireless networks of mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and U.S. Cellular to deliver SMS messages. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery is subject to the availability and reliability of carrier networks. SOONEET LLC cannot guarantee the delivery, timeliness, or content of any specific message. Neither SOONEET LLC, our SMS service providers, nor any wireless carrier (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and U.S. Cellular) will be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from delayed, failed, or misdirected message delivery, including but not limited to consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages.

8. Age Restriction (18+)

You must be 18 years of age or older to use SOONEET LLC SMS messaging. This SMS program is intended for use only by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive SMS messages from SOONEET LLC, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

SOONEET LLC does not knowingly collect SMS opt-in consent or send SMS messages to individuals under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not opt in to our SMS messaging program. If we become aware that we have collected SMS consent from an individual under 18, we will promptly remove that contact from our messaging program and delete the associated phone number.

9. Privacy and Use of Your Information

SOONEET LLC respects your privacy. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information — including your phone number and SMS consent — are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Please review our full Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, and your rights regarding your data.

Your phone number and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with our SMS platform provider solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.

10. Eligible Mobile Carriers

SOONEET LLC SMS messaging is available to subscribers of all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers. Messages may not be deliverable to all prepaid plans or in all geographic areas.

11. Changes to These Terms

SOONEET LLC may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or SMS messaging program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
