Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 25, 2026  |  SOONEET LLC

1. Introduction

SOONEET LLC, operating as SOONEET Facility Services ("SOONEET," "we," "our," or "us"), is committed to protecting the privacy of the individuals and organizations we work with. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, how we secure it, and what rights you have over your information when you visit sooneet.com, submit an inquiry, book a meeting, opt in to our SMS messaging program, or communicate with our team.

By using our website or providing your contact information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. What Information We Collect

SOONEET LLC collects the following categories of information:

Information you provide directly

  • First and last name
  • Business name and job title
  • Email address
  • Phone number (mobile and/or office)
  • Property or portfolio details, including address, size, and service needs
  • Consent selections (SMS opt-in checkboxes, email marketing opt-ins)
  • Communications you send to us via form, email, SMS, or phone

Information collected automatically

  • Browser type and version, device type, operating system
  • Pages visited on sooneet.com, time spent on pages, referring URLs
  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5 below)

Information from third parties

  • Our SMS service provider may collect message delivery status and timestamp data on our behalf
  • Our calendar booking provider may collect meeting attendance data

3. How We Use Your Data

SOONEET LLC uses your information for the following business purposes:

  • To respond to inquiries and schedule consultations, site visits, or service calls
  • To send service proposals and follow up on conversations we have had with you
  • To confirm appointments, send arrival notifications, and coordinate service delivery
  • To send SMS messages (transactional and, with separate opt-in, marketing) to phone numbers that have explicitly opted in
  • To maintain a record of our business relationship in our CRM system
  • To send informational or promotional messages by email or SMS only if you have opted in to receive them
  • To improve our website performance, content, and user experience
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights

We do not use your information for any purpose other than those listed above, and we do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you.

4. SMS Opt-In Details

SOONEET LLC operates an A2P 10DLC-registered SMS messaging program. This section describes how SMS opt-in works, what messages you may receive, and your rights regarding SMS communications.

How to Opt In: You may opt in to receive SMS messages from SOONEET LLC through any of the following methods:

1. Submitting our website opt-in form at our consent form and explicitly checking one or both SMS consent checkboxes

2. Booking a meeting through our online calendar and providing your phone number

3. Providing explicit verbal consent during a phone call, site visit, or in-person meeting

Opt-in is always optional, never a condition of receiving our services, and the consent checkbox is unchecked by default. Phone number entry alone is not consent — you must affirmatively select a consent option.

What Messages You'll Receive: Transactional messages (appointment confirmations, technician arrival notifications, service updates) and, with separate opt-in, marketing messages (special offers, new service announcements).

Message Frequency: Message frequency is up to 10 messages per month per recipient. Total program volume is fewer than 30 messages per day across all opted-in contacts.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. SOONEET LLC does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply.

How to Opt Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message we send you. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS communications. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected] or calling (201) 885-6469.

How to Get Help: Reply HELP to any SMS message for support information, or contact us directly at [email protected] or (201) 885-6469.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

SOONEET LLC uses cookies, web beacons, pixels, and other tracking technologies on sooneet.com. This section explains what cookies and tracking technologies we use, what information they collect, and how you can control them.

What are cookies and tracking technologies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Web beacons (also called pixels or tags) are tiny graphics embedded in web pages and emails that track when content is viewed. Together, these tracking technologies allow us to recognize your device, remember your preferences, and measure how visitors interact with our website.

Types of cookies and tracking technologies we use

  • Essential cookies — required for our website to function properly (e.g., remembering form inputs during a session)
  • Analytics cookies and tracking pixels — Google Analytics and similar tools that collect data about page views, session duration, referring URLs, and visitor behavior so we can improve our website
  • Marketing and conversion tracking cookies and pixels — used by our CRM and advertising platforms (such as Meta Pixel and Google Ads tracking) to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns
  • Local storage — used to store user preferences between visits

Third-party tracking

Some of the tracking technologies on sooneet.com are operated by third-party service providers, including Google Analytics, GoHighLevel (our CRM), and advertising networks. These third parties may use cookies and pixels to collect information about your activity on our site and across other sites.

Your cookie and tracking choices

You can control cookies and tracking technologies through:

  • Browser settings — most web browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or be alerted when cookies are set. Disabling cookies may affect website functionality.
  • Google Analytics opt-out — install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
  • Advertising opt-outs — visit the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page at networkadvertising.org/choices or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page at optout.aboutads.info
  • Do Not Track — most browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal; we honor DNT signals where technically feasible

6. Data Security Practices

SOONEET LLC implements reasonable data security practices, including technical, administrative, and physical safeguards, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

  • All employee accounts are protected by unique credentials and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
  • Access permissions are reviewed quarterly and revoked promptly upon employee separation

Despite our security efforts, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information, but we are committed to using commercially reasonable measures to protect it.

8. No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data with Third Parties

SOONEET LLC does not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number, SMS consent, or SMS opt-in data with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

Your SMS opt-in information is used only by SOONEET LLC to send you the messages you have agreed to receive.
